Datastay Featured in Forrester SaaS PLM Report

Datastay and CARSTAR Automotive Canada's commitment to Quality

Carstar CanadaCARSTAR has used the Datastay platform to build several applications to better manage how the franchise network interacts with over 130 of its franchisees and their customers.

CARSTAR will be using the Datastay solution as the platform for CARSTAR U, an application that will disseminate training information to it franchisees. Currently, they also use Datastay for KPI reporting and the CARSTAR Quality System (CQS).

With CARSTAR U, powered by Datastay, CARSTAR will be able to ensure franchisees have access to the best management practices that will better enable them to provide outstanding customer service.

Enhanced FMSI Catalog Functionality Introduced at FMSI Annual Meeting

On the weekend of June 5th, 2009, FMSI hosted its annual meeting in Naples, FL, launching the newly enhanced version of its catalogue that includes added functionality specifically designed for their users. The new features leverage the Datastay reporting engine providing powerful filtering and where-used querying functionality. Also provided are both technical drawings and diagrams along with added product photographs.

Freed Developments/Accel Highrise select Datastay Capomastro

Datastay Capomastro, an all in one customer service and after-sales support solution, is being utilized by Freed Developments and their construction partner Accel Highrise to manage the 550 Wellington and 75 Portland developments.

The 75 Portland project is an important one, elevating creative design and architecture never before seen by Toronto. Developed by Freed Developments, 75 Portland is an 11-story, 215 unit structure, south of King in the fashion district. 550 Wellington is an architectural gem that will also be located in the fashion district. The entire exterior will consist of clear glass windows and aluminum.

SawStop, the world's leading manufacturer of safe 10-inch table saws, selects Datastay PLM to control the product lifecycle process.
